Review

Chord Transposer is a tiny application that might be interesting for all people who want to learn to play the guitar. Its main idea is to convert the chords that can be too complicated for beginners into easier ones.

The application is extremely easy to use. The first thing you need to do is define which chords can be easily played by you and which ones you have not mastered yet. It can be done by setting special difficulty levels. A very useful feature of Chord Transposer is the possibility of loading tablature files with HTML or TXT extensions instead inputting them manually. After loading the required file the application will automatically identify all available chords. It can really help you avoid serious time wasting. The program recognizes 85 different types of chords. Chord Transposer has very low system requirements and doesn't need a lot of free space on your hard drive. It supports almost all popular versions of Windows operating system. Also you need Internet Explorer 4 or above installed in your system. The program's main disadvantage is a really boring design.
  • Interesting idea.
  • Poor design.
